Dany has over 15 years of construction experience, is a qualified CA (SA) and has a leadership and management diploma from Gibbs. Prior to joining PROMMAC, he spent nearly 3 years at Murray & Roberts as the General Manager for the resources and Industrial division. Before joining Murray & Roberts, Dany spent more than 7 years as the Financial Director of Kentz Engineers & Constructors. Before that Dany worked in Angola where he spent 2 years looking after the commercial aspects of construction projects on behalf of clients. Dany has experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Metals and minerals. He has worked with several bluechip clients which include Anglo, Autotech, Sasol, Sherrit, Vale, PetroSA, Natref, Caltex/Chevron, Engen/Petronas, Indeni Refinery, Air Liquide, Sasol Gas, Bamangwato Concessions Ltd (BCL), Mozal, Hillside Smelter, Mittal Steel, Hullet Aluminium, De Beers, Kenmare Resources, BHP Billiton, Richard Bay Minerals, Scaw Metals, Hosaf Fibres, South African Breweries, Kimberley-Clark, Sappi, and Mondi. Dany is Portuguese speaking and has successfully opened new business operations in 7 countries.

Jason English became Prommac Chief Executive Officer in 2012 after more than a decade at a leading international engineering company. where he left as Global Project Development Director, Technical Support Services, leading international development and strategic projects in a variety of countries including the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Africa, Middle East and Australia. Before that Jason ran Site Project Operations in South Africa and Africa and worked on a number of large scale shutdowns and projects in the Petrochemical, Mining and Power sectors for clients which included blue chip clients such as Chevron, Sasol, BP, Shell, Engen/Petronas, Queensland Gas, British Gas, Bamangwantu Copper Limited and Fluor. The South African-born English is a graduate of Milpark Business School and holds Mechanical Engineering, Project Management and Masters in Business (MBA) qualifications. Jason also sat on the international panel for shutdown experts in the UK and Scotland and is registered with the institute of Directors of SA
Siyabonga Vezi, Director (36)

Siyabonga is currently employed as a Site Director for Prommac. Prior to joining Prommac, Siya spent 6 years at Kentz Engineers & Constructors where he began his career as a Junior Engineer, and promptly grew himself into the position of Project Engineer. Siyabonga was trained and specialised in maintenance and shutdown type activities where he was groomed under the wing of Jason English (Kentz Project Development Director). Siya holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and has completed a Project Management program.

Niall is currently a director of CG Energy Services and Coasts Group. From 2004 to 2012 Niall was the founder Chief Executive Officer of Royal Bafokeng Finance and Royal Bafokeng Holdings, a fast growing community-owned investment company with an ultimate asset value of R40 billion. He served as chairman of Fraser Alexander and Royal Bafokeng Sports and was a non-executive director of RMB Holdings, RMI Holdings and Implats. From 1991 to 2004 Niall served in various capacities at Deutsche Bank South Africa, including as head of investment banking and joint head of the SA business. He is a graduate of the University of Cape Town and Trinity College London and is a chartered accountant and chartered financial analyst.

Andrew is currently a director of Prommac and CG Energy Services. Prior to this, Andrew was an executive director at Mining Oil and Gas Services, a subsidiary of Royal Bafokeng Holdings. Andrew was also a founding member and Chief Investment Officer of Royal Bafokeng Holdings, an empowerment company that ultimately had investments across the mining, telecoms and financial services sectors with a total market value of approximately R40bn. During the formative stages of his career Andrew was an exploration geologist for De Beers after which he became a mining analyst at Deutsche Bank. Andrew has experience in working in Middle East and African countries and holds an honours degree in geology and is a chartered Financial Analyst.
Heinrich Stapelberg, Alternative Director (49)
Heinrich (Steps) Stapelberg joined the Prommac group on the 1st March 2008 as Chief Safety Officer responsible for managing the safety department and advising all relevant role players. Before joining Prommac, Heinrich was involved in high profile investigations related to occupational incidents within the SAPS for 10 years working closely with the inspector of mining and minerals. In this period Heinrich also managed the detective branch as acting Branch Commander on regular basis. Heinrich also formed part of the BMW motor group and handled client relationships for 5 years and managing a workshop as foreman and acting Service manager for two years. After that Heinrich consulted with various clients in the safety field and also presented relevant training. In the last 7 years Heinrich was involved with various shutdowns and projects within the Sasol environment as well as Chevron.
Andre Delport, Alternative Director (46)

Andre Delport joined Prommac as Business Line Manager for the maintenance & shutdown division in June 2014 after spending 1 year with Group 5 and before that, 9 years with Kentz Engineers and Constructors as Site Manager in Secunda servicing numerous clients like Synthol for 4 years, Refining for 3 years as well as 2 years with Oxygen East and West. Andre completed shutdowns at Natref, Sasol 1 Nitro Sasolburg, Engen Durban, Hosaf Fibres Durban as well as at Transnet TM2 Projects. Prior to working for Kentz, Andre filled the position of Group Leader at Electro Heat looking after services across the Sasol Factory as well as at Engen in Durban. Andre completed secondary school in 1991 where after completing 1 year military service, where after he completed a Diploma in Business Management whilst working for Sasol Sasdiens at Synthol in 1993.
